While there may NOT be thousands of resumes to search through, the good news is there are not THOUSANDS of resumes to search through! Every resume is from a serious job seeker!

Searching through the resumes is simple. Each job seeker fills out a condensed resume form. It contains the information that you use to screen out resumes. It forces job seekers to use the terms and provide the information that you need to know. (When you find someone worth contacting, you can ask to receive their entire resume.)

At the top of the Listing are the instructions for using it. I think you will find that it is very easy to use. If you can use the Ctrl F (Find) key, you are more than skilled enough to use and search the listing. Take a moment to become familiar with the simplified resume format and the pre-defined values that you may use for your searches. And you are off! Give it a try!
